After eight years with the London Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Authority, Sue joined HSBC as Head of UK Compliance, and after four years in that role joined Morgan Stanley Quilter as Compliance Director and latterly Chief Administrative Officer. Sue joined Seymour Pierce as Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Director in October 2003 and is responsible for managing the finance, compliance, IT, HR and settlements operations of the firm.
