Mark Percy qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and spent almost seven years at the firm, the latter part in its Stock Exchange department providing advice on and reviewing all of the firm’s ECM work. From there he joined the corporate finance team at Gerrard Vivian Gray which was subsequently acquired by Barclays Capital before joining Seymour Pierce in 1997.
