Mirada plc - acquisition and capital reorganisation

The company announced its acquisition of Fresh Interactive Technologies SA, a provider of interactive digital television services in Spain; it also raised £8.4m and undertook a capital reorganisation to strengthen its balance sheet and provide working capital as well as financing its proposed international expansion. Seymour Pierce Limited acts as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to the company and following approval of the proposals at the EGM the company changed its name from Yoomedia plc to Mirada plc and its shares were re-admitted to trading on AIM on 26 February.
